Welcome to Ferrer Aviation Services, LLC

Located in the DFW Metroplex area, Ferrer Aviation Services, LLC, is an FAA-Certificated Repair Station with limited radio, instrument, airframe and specialized service ratings. We are authorized by the FAA to perform Avionics and Instrument installations and maintenance, Weight and Balance measurements, and the Altimeter and Transponder inspections required every 24 months by FAR 91.411 and 91.413. We can also repair your transponder.

With our state-of-the-art portable test equipment, certification of your aircraft and equipment can be performed quickly and easily at your location or ours. We also have the test equipment to check and certify your Mode S transponder and TCAS computer for proper operation.

In addition to the services listed above, FAS can provide the following:

• COMPASS SWINGING
• CUSTOM WIRING HARNESSES
• DYNAMIC PROPELLER BALANCING
• GENERAL TROUBLESHOOTING and REPAIR.

We are very familiar with Piper aircraft (currently own/operate a Piper Dakota) and we are homebuilder friendly (RV-7 under construction). We will work with you to meet your needs at a reasonable price. Owner participation is welcome!

FAS also provide avionics and electrical installation supplies as well as assistance and guidance with all avionics installations for those that wish to do it themselves. Need some Molex connectors or contacts for an old Narco, King or Collins radio, take a look here.
